Special gift

What have I done
With that one gift that’s now gone
I asked for some fun
But I was wrong
I got something else that’s long gone.

It was my first time trying it
So I guess I broke it?
Would it be possible to now repair?
I would pay it all
Just to regain it fair

That thing that’s now gone
Is something coloured in red.
It looks like a circle
Almost cut in half
Sanded down for a smoother feel
It almost has a pointy bottom
Don’t think it cant hurt you
Cause I know it will
They usually spell it
In four words that take long to heal.
