RESTARTING COPS?

I THINK WE SHOULD REMOVE ALL COPS AND ALL COPS RETRY OUT FOR COP AND ONLY HAVE 2-4 NEW COPS CUZ SO FAR WE HAVE TO MANY!

Good idea, and thats a true fact.

I think we are losing fucus on the try outs.. when a clan member has enough hours thay can try out .for about a week ..to give all of us a chance to see how thay handle that post .. and to give them shifts.. when thay should be on during that period so we will no who and when a particular cop is on .. also bc its against the rules to wage jump a mamber.. there should not have had alot of cop recruits.at one time ..try out should be listed in the forum so we all can view who is trying out and when there shift is .. so thay can be watched and evaluated..at the end of the weekl we all vote on who gets cop and who does not .. if we are not doing it this way we well always have to maney cops and it will get out of controle...
so evan if we have alot of try outs and thay all pass then we can let them know the best will be the first concidered .. if a present cop messes up or stops playing to aften, or leaves..

so go ahead and start cop try outs over and please ..let them know when its full and we have enough .. so if thay want to continue with there try out thay already know thay are trying out to be the first concidered when there is an opening ..
