Marine

I’m a soldier on my skin
But deep inside I’m just a kid
In the bushes in the night
Is the same while laying in bed late at night

Thinking about things that weren’t true.
Is like pulling that silver pin
While being on one knee,
There is a big difference
Cause now I’m dead
Those were my last thoughts
While pulling the pin,

That grenade was stuck to my hand
Because I stopped and thought
how much I missed you
Before committing a sin.
